thank you Brian...
for helping me know i am not alone in my thoughts. i suppose i may be a "reverse apple" too.
i do not wave old glory, nor do i cheer murder of innocent people no matter what their race...
mostly i am sad by the state of destruction we live in... i cry for present and past atrocities while living amongst a seemingly uncaring society (neighbors and family)
i weep for the comfort i have at the cost of others bloodshed.
i live in geneva, my house built on stolen land... my heart grieves and almost too much to bear at times.
i hope this note finds you well, and i too pray for change and spread truth. it must come, for we will not survive much longer without it.
much love to you dear sir

Brian, as a white man and friend of Floyd's daughter Elsie and her family, I am also vividly aware of the gift of Seneca pride and values that Floyd has passed to his children. In writing this, it gives my heart pleasure and so suredly yours that Floyd, through his children, his grandchildren and great grandchildren have awareness that their beliefs and heritage pride can never be taken away.
