Human Preservation Movement

July 6, 2012

A human survival movement might echo the closing words of the Port Huron Statement just half-a-century ago: “If we appear to seek the unattainable, as it has been said, then let it be known that we do so to avoid the unimaginable.”

It is clearly an evolutionary opportunity for an epistemological shift in human consciousness (from separation from nature to intrinsic integration with it since we are nature, too) that enables changing behavior thru making choices that seemed impossible this morning but seem like a no brainer this afternoon.
